What is the Mental Health Foundation Trust? - ANSWER-- It's provided by the GP
- Support may be needed from specialist service providers
- It's managed by the community

What is the Community Health Foundation Trust? - ANSWER-- They work with the GP
and the local authority social department to provide HSC support
- Services they may provide, include: health visiting, school nursing, walk in/urgent care
centres, adult and community nursing services, and end of life care

How are GP Practices funded? - ANSWER-- They are funded according to their
workload
