central business district (CBD) and is owned by Mopani Holdings. Since 30 January 2026, the
retail park manager has received multiple communications from tenants citing low profits
and declining business viability. These developments resulted in approximately 50% of shop
units becoming vacant, posing a serious threat to the financial sustainability of the retail park.
