Failure to abate a prior violation may bring a civil penalty of up to $7000 for each day the violation continues beyond the prescribed abatement date. repeated violation violations of standards which have no direct or immediate relationship to safety or health. De Minimis violation appeal process for an employee Employees must contest the PMA within 10 working days of its posting or within 10 working days after an authorized employee representative has received a copy.
