Section-4 as follows-
Partnership is the relation between persons who have
agreed to share the profits of a business carried on by
all or any of them acting for all.
Meaning
Minimum partners- 2
Sec 464 of Indian companies Act, 2013 empowers the
central govt. to prescribe number of partners in a firm
subject to maximum of 100 Partners.
Central Govt. has Prescribed Maximum partner 50 vide
rule 10 of the companies (Miscellaneous) Rules, 2014
