Time you implemented a change - Answer- S: during year 11, I was head girl and
together me and the head boy noticed burnout during exam season
T: we were asked to find a resolution to deal with that burnout by asking around the
year group
A: in the end we decided that the best plan of action was to allow student to have the
lesson between exams off in order to revise
R: many students expressed that their stress levels reduced as they no longer had to
keep up with current lessons alongside exams

Time you worked with limited resources - Answer- S: During lockdown, i worked on
college from home a lot
