2) You will have 6 hours to complete this portfolio.
3) You must answer all the questions.
4) Complete the cover page, declaration and answers in the template provided.

6) Portfolios should be typed in Arial size 12 with 1.5 line spacing.
7) The typed portfolio should be converted into a PDF document before being
submitted.
8) Although it is strongly suggested that you type your responses to this assessment,
you may submit handwritten assessments by printing this document, and add in
lines to write your answer as needed, completing it by hand, scanning it as one
complete document and then uploading it to upload link provided.
9) It is important to include in-text citations and a list of reference as part of the
portfolio, even if you use the textbook to answer questions. Each additional source
