Writing is often seen as a natural ability, but it is in fact a skill that develops over time. I
strongly agree that writing improves only through regular practice. Like any other skill, writing
requires continuous effort, repetition, and reflection.

Self-discipline is more important than intellectual capacity for academic success
Academic success is often linked to intelligence, yet growing evidence shows that self
discipline plays a more critical role in determining student performance. Intellectual capacity
provides the ability to understand content, but self discipline determines whether that ability
is applied consistently. In many learning contexts, especially in distance education, students
who manage their time, regulate their behaviour and persist with tasks tend to perform better
