Determines needs/goals for program delivery
Ensures compliance with Coast Guard and Auxiliary policies
Mo vates, recognizes, and rewards performance
Promotes fellowship and member services
Maintains rela onship with stakeholders
Leads, manages, and supports flo lla opera ons
Performs flo lla administra on tasks
Eligibility requirements
Member of the Auxiliary and the flo lla for 1 year (except in very specific situa ons)
Completed APC or AFLC, ICS 100 and 700, mandated training
Favorable PSI in AUXDATA
Holds a qualifica on, served as an officer for 2 years, or have 25 hours in a program
Chain of leadership and management/parallel staffing
A chain of communica on, NOT a chain of command. No rank involved.
Resolve problems at the lowest level
Answer and/or copy request promptly and properly
Avoid "jumping the chain"
