Timeline and Content Requirements for Report Filing
o You have consumed ANY alcohol within the last 8 hours;
o You are under the influence of alcohol;
o You are using any drug that affects you in a manner that would cause you to be
unsafe in the operation of the sUAS; and/or
o You have a blood alcohol level of 0.04 or greater.

You are not allowed to operate an sUAS or act as a crewmember under the
following conditions
Under Part 107, UAS operations are only allowed during daylight hours. The FAA
classifies "daylight hours" as morning civil twilight to evening civil twilight, which, said
more simply just means daylight is 30 minutes before official sunrise to 30 minutes
after official sunset.
For example, if the official sunrise time in your area is 7:30 am and the official sunset
time is 8:00 pm, you would be allowed to operate your UAS from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm.
Anything else would be considered outside of daylight hours.
