Eligibility requirements - Answers Member of the Auxiliary and the flotilla for 1 year (except in very
specific situations)
Completed APC or AFLC, ICS 100 and 700, mandated training
Favorable PSI in AUXDATA
Holds a qualification, served as an officer for 2 years, or have 25 hours in a program
Chain of leadership and management/parallel staffing - Answers A chain of communication, NOT a
chain of command. No rank involved.
Resolve problems at the lowest level
Answer and/or copy request promptly and properly
Avoid "jumping the chain"
DIRAUX - Answers Director of the Auxiliary at the division level. Has many jobs and functions as a
higher-level commander than the flotilla commander. Next step in the chain from that officer.
