Can a guest purchase Concierge Lounge Access? - Answer No. Only if they book ONLINE with
the Executive Access rate, if/when available.
Are Gold Elites permitted access to the Concierge Lounge? - Answer No. Only Platinum (P6),
Titanium (X4), and Ambassador (X5) Elites. Also Cobalt (R5), VIPs (V1), and those that have
purchased access through their availability based room rate.
What levels receive free Enhanced WiFi internet access? - Answer Gold, Platinum, Titanium,
and Ambassador Elites.
How many guests per room may enter the Concierge Lounge? - Answer The Elite Member,
plus 1 guest. Families of 3 or more are not permitted under this rule.
If an Elite Member with Lounge access books 3 rooms, do all rooms have access to the
Concierge Lounge? - Answer No. Only the room the Elite Member is staying in may be grated
lounge access, plus one guest to accompany them.
How many rooms can a Bonvoy Member receive credit for under their account? - Answer
Only 3 rooms may receive stay/spending credit under 1 Bonvoy Account.
What is the 48-Hour Guarantee? - Answer A benefit/privilege only granted to Titanium &
Ambassador Elite Members that allows them to make and guarantee a reservation on days the
hotel is Fully Committed (Sold Out). They must book through the Elite Reservations desk, and at
, a very high nightly rate that is NOT adjustable by the hotel. This request is only available 48-
Hours or more prior to the requested arrival date.
Does a guest receive stay or night credit on their Bonvoy Account when the charges are routed
to a master or paid for outside of the reservation? - Answer No. Only reservations where
payment is directly recorded on the individual reservation are eligible for credit on a Bonvoy
Account. Only incidental charges that are paid for on the reservation will count toward points.

What is the compensation for not offering a Platinum, Titanium, or Ambassador their Elite
Welcome gift? - Answer $100 cash. The check-in process must be complete, and the guest
must ask about their Welcome Gift prior to leaving the desk to be compensated.
For the Elite Member to be eligible to receive their Elite Benefits, when must they provide their
Marriott Bonvoy Number? - Answer In order for an Elite Member to be eligible to receive
Elite benefits during his/her stay, the Elite Member must provide his/her Loyalty Program
Membership Number when making a reservation.
How many nights must a guest stay, PER CALENDAR YEAR, to achieve Gold Elite status? - Answer
Staying 25 qualifying nights, per calendar year.
What is the Your24 Benefit and who receives it? - Answer Ambassador Elites Only, and it
must be requested through their assigned Ambassador. This benefit allows the guest to check-in
& out of a room outside of normal hours, with the potential of being in a room for a full 24 hour
period.
What Marriott Bonvoy Elites receive a Room Type Guarantee? - Answer Platinum, Titanium,
and Ambassador Elites are guaranteed their Room/Bed Type preferences. If booked room type
differs from Preferred Room Type (Line 22), hotel honors booked type first, and accommodates
preferred if available upon check in.
