Food preservation is the method of preserving
the food in the different ways mainly for
shortage and preserve the food for long time.
It is mainly used by Nepalese for preservation
of food in Nepalese community. Likewise, It is
followed in our Nepali community. This report
is written by surveying on 10 houses of our
community.
, OBJECTIVE
To study the common methods of food preservation used in local
Nepalese houses.
To understand why these methods are still practiced .
To find out how effective these preserving methods are.
