Customer service level 2 with correct answers 100% 2026 who are your internal customers? - Correct Answer My internal customers are my colleagues Who are your external customers? - Correct Answer My external customers are the prospective or current clients of the company, delivery and supply people, the post office employees and anyone I interact with when contacting providers as some examples. What are the 5 main types of customer? - Correct Answer Potential, New, Impulsive, Discount and Loyal what is a potential customer? - Correct Answer Potential customers are people who are not currently paying customers but are still given amazing service in the hopes of changing that. At Reeves potential customers are contacted more often via email about general news, new records etc. compared to current clients who receive much more in depth updates. what is a new customer? - Correct Answer New customers are customers who've just bought a product/service. They require more guidance than a long term, loyal customer as they may need to be shown how to correctly use a product or be kept 'in the loop' on a service to ensure the customer feels it is adequate. what is an impulsive customer? - Correct Answer Impulsive customers are people who buy a product or service normally on a whim without much planning. They do not want to spend ages learning how to use a product, they normally don't need much 'warming up' to a product. Reeves does not get many impulsive customers due to the nature of the company what is a discount customer? - Correct Answer Discount customers are on the look out for a sale and often will dissect the deal to make sure there are no hidden term and conditions, they are often harder to keep after a deal ends so its important to show them the value of your product/service to keep them around. At Reeves it is rare we do any discounts to external customers however we provide an internal customer discount to staff where they can get the advisor service for half the cost. This works to build a stronger relationship and intertwine the staff with the company. what is a loyal customer? - Correct Answer Loyal customers are customers who keep repurchasing a product/service over and over again. They are exited about the product or service and will normally spread good reviews via word of mouth etc. Loyal customers are the base of a company such as Reeves which relies on customers wanting advice year after year. what types of customer do Reeves mainly deal with? - Correct Answer Reeves mainly deal with Loyal, new and potential clients. who are my customers? - Correct Answer My customers are mainly at the first stage of the advice process, they do not buy anything from me but if they are a new client calling up I am selling our excellent customer service so that they begin to trust us as an organisation which should impact positively when it comes to the decision of wether to buy advice or not. who are Reeves customers? - Correct Answer Reeves customers as an organisation are externally prospective and current clients as well as business looking for their staff pensions managed however other external clients include outsourced IT support, cleaners, compliance checkers and auditors who review our files each year that are also brought in. As an organisation the internal customers are the employees of the company. why is it important to build a relationship with the organisation? - Correct Answer It is important to build relationships to the organisation rather than the individuals within it as staff come and go, so, the client could be lost whereas if the relationship is to the organisation then staff changes should not impact a clients decision to stay or leave. what is an internal customer? - Correct Answer an Internal customer is someone who has a relationship with, and within, a company. either through employment or as partners who deliver your product or service to the customer. what is an external customer? - Correct Answer an external customer is a person who is not directly connected to your organisation other than by purchasing your product or service.
