J.W is a 22 year old female with a 2 days
history of throbbing headache associated with nausea and
photophobia. prior to the consultation she verbalized that her health is in
good state with no other medicalhistory, her symptoms improve in a
darker room. OTC Tylenol was taken but no improvement of symptoms ,
she describe her headache as a 8 out of 10 scale, as
well as pulsating. The headache initially started as unilateral but then
became generalized. She denies any warning signs prior to onset of
