Felipe Garcia is a 57-year-old male presenting for evaluation of elevated blood
pressure readings noted over the past 3 weeks.
He reports checking BP at a pharmacy machine with readings averaging 158–
168/92–98 mmHg.
He reports:
• Occasional mild headaches (3/10)
• Blurred vision intermittently
• Increased stress at work
• Poor sleep
