Anaphylaxis (shock) - ANSWER-Severe, potentially fatal allergic response that

Acrocyanosis - ANSWER-Temporary cyanotic condition, usually in newborns

May last for a few hours and disappear with warming.
Lanugo - ANSWER-fine, downy, unpigmented hair that appears on the fetus in the

buttocks or back. Seen in newborns with dark skin and typically fade over time. Can
easily be confused for bruising.

What's the difference between a comprehensive and a focused health history? -
ANSWER-One assessment collects data on multiple areas of a patient's health
history. The other assessment focuses on one particular area.
Biographical Data - ANSWER-A components of the comprehensive health history:
name, address, phone number, age, DOB, sex, marital status, race, ethnic origin,
occupation.
The primary person is normally the patient.
