Administer steroids iv push ("-sone")
initiate iv and admin huge vol of saline sol (for hypotension, f/e imbalance, hypoglycemia)
vitals (BLOOD PRESSURE)

slowly taper off steroids, steroid dose may want to be extended all through times of pressure
or all through surgical treatment, removing organs = replace hormones (life-long hormone
substitute)
