Introduction
Leadership is both an art and a science that requires continuous reflection,
selfawareness, and intentional growth. In dynamic industries such as technology distribution,
, leaders must be able to inspire innovation, navigate change, and motivate diverse teams toward
a shared vision. Sanguanwongs describes leadership effectiveness as an ongoing cycle of
understanding one’s strengths, identifying areas for improvement, and aligning actions with
primary values and organizational goals (Sanguanwongs, 2023). The purpose of this paper is to
analyze my personal leadership effectiveness using four structured self-assessments: the 360
Refined Leadership
Assessment, the CQ Pro Assessment, and the VIA Character Strengths Survey, supported by my
Clifton Strengths results. Each assessment offers insight into my individual and professional
tendencies, leadership competencies, and behavioral patterns. Concurrently, they form a
comprehensive view of how I lead, communicate, and engage with others in both local and
multicultural contexts.
The examination will be grounded in the chosen leadership theory of Transformational
Leadership, which emphasizes the leader’s ability to inspire, intellectually stimulate, and
individually support others toward shared goals. This theory aligns closely with my desire to
create purpose-driven teams, promote learning, and build trust through ethical leadership and
authenticity. The paper will first interpret my assessment results to understand how they reflect
my perceived leadership effectiveness. It will then evaluate how the transformational leadership
model aligns with my personal strengths and identify areas for development. In conclusion, it
will present a leadership profile and action plan that will serve as a roadmap for my continued
growth as a successful leader in my current field of technology distribution.
