Five Components of an Effective Concept Paper
1. Introduction
This highlights the applicant’s mission and vision to know how it aligns with the
funders.
It explains why the sponsor should accept or fund the project.
2. Purpose or Rationale
Provides written studies about the topic like the Review of Related Literatures
(RRL)
This also presents the problem and merges with the intro to highlight the
project’s significance.
3. Description/ Project Description
This includes the goals and overview of the project.
It should be based on empirical evidence, reasonable cost, and time-bound.
