VIRGINIA SALESPERSON'S LICENSE EXAM COVERAGE
The Virginia Salesperson's License exam evaluates knowledge of real
estate principles, laws, and professional practices required to work as
a licensed real estate salesperson in Virginia. The exam coverage
includes real estate contracts, agency relationships, property
ownership, land use controls, and transfer of title. It also assesses
understanding of financing, mortgages, appraisal basics, fair housing
laws, and disclosure requirements. Additional areas include leasing
and property management fundamentals, settlement procedures, real
estate math, and ethics. The exam further covers Virginia-specific real
estate regulations, licensing rules, and duties owed to clients and
customers.
