SMART SERVE ONTARIO EXAM COVERAGE
The Smart Serve Ontario exam evaluates understanding of the rules
and responsibilities involved in selling and serving alcohol in Ontario.
The exam coverage includes legal service requirements, checking
valid ID, verifying age, and knowing when alcohol service must be
denied. It also tests knowledge of identifying impairment, controlling
alcohol consumption, and responding appropriately to intoxicated or
disruptive customers. Additional topics include legal liability for
establishments and staff, incident handling, safe environment
practices, and preventing alcohol-related harm
