I Conducted aba interview on one of the best performing managers for Sr.
construction manager at Capstone Development Partners, LLC By the name David
Morrisey. David has had a successful career in construction management with about seven
years’ experience in the industry the individual joined the organization in the year 2008,
whereby he has shown he industries and creative ways of ensuring. He is good at his
job .based on his track record in the company, and there is significant notice of his ability as
he has mounted up the stairs of success since joining the organization. The interview was
conducted at his residential home, where I got an opportunity to have a one to one interview.
The interviewee was glad and generous enough to share a definite insight into performance
managers generally in the construction industry. He describes the sector as a hard type of
industry where an individual must be creative and ready to explore new ideas in order to keep
the business and the client happy. He describes the real estate as an industry that has largely
grown over the years. Based on the statistics by the united states and the housing sector
highlighted that they had been an increase in terms of the price of housing with about 4.3%
that is marked to be about US$ 280, 800 in July 2019. Based on the interviewee, the numbers
show a promising opportunity in the business. He highlights the creativity to gain opportunity
and affordable housing on the target audience. On the national analysis association of
Realtors, highlight that the July prices significantly marked the 89th consecutive month of the
year in terms of the defined gain (Shen, Zhang, & Zhang, 2017). The manager highlights that
the promising number also makes the business grow and expand within the given years. He
has worked in the various role since he was hired in the company t that include: working as a
field engineer and quality control. Currently, he is serving as one of the managers and
relevant partners in the organization.
