Late arrival to class - ANSWERwe will hold a members pre-booked spot in class for
only 5 minutes, once the class has begun. After the 5-minute mark, if a member from
the waitlist and is here on "standby" the spot will then go to them. there is also no
entry into class after 10 minutes
class cancellation policy - ANSWERwe have 8-hour class cancelation policy which
applies to all members booked in any class. If a member cancels a class outside the
8-hour window, there is no penalty. If a member cancels within the 8-hour window
they will be subject to a "late cancel"

hold a membership or package. The rate of a drop at our studio is $28
cross regionals - ANSWERmembers of orange theory fitness just not at our
locations. Each member has a "home studio", whichever location a person originally
signs up at. Members of Orangetheory have access to any studio in the US
cancellation policy - ANSWERwe have a 30 day cancellation policy. members who
wish to cancel their membership must complete a cancellation form. Once complete,
the termination will become effective once approved by the Studio Manager
-member will be charged one final month of membership dues
-they have the full 30-days to use those sessions
-after 30 days, they are no longer a member, and the account is terminated

class is 14 years old. Minors who are 14 or 15 are only permitted to workout if a
parent or legal guardian is in the studio
