Welcome to Orange Theory Fitness! My name is Quinn.
I'm going to be your fitness coach for the next hour or so. - ANSWERIf at any point in
the workout that you have any exercise restrictions, any orthopedic injuries that
inhibit you from doing the exercises that you see or that we have provided let me

through the workout safely and effectively.
Thanks for coming in today everyone. As you know, we are a 5 zone heart rate
based interval training class where we focus on zone's 3, 4, and 5. That would be the
green, orange, and red zones. - ANSWEROur overall goal today, maybe not today,
but as we move forward is to get 12 minutes or more in zones 4 and 5. That would
be the orange and red zones. That's how we achieve that after burn, that EPOC.
All I want from you today is just give me your best. Maybe you don't get the 12
minutes today but you'll soon be moving closer to that goal as we move forward. Get
ready for an amazing workout. - ANSWERWe are going to have a power day today
with some shorter pushes and all out efforts. Really fight for those walking recoveries
when they do come. Try not to hop the rails. Not only for your safety, but so that your
body can physiologically adapt.
Is there anyone who has taken the OTF workout before? Great. Anyone that has
never taken my class? Most of you. First couple classes in. You'll get to know me, I'll
get to know you. - ANSWERAnyone with 5 classes or less? Again, that's most of us.
That's alright. I think some of us have taken some classes at other studios but
welcome to this one.
You guys ready? Alright, we're going to split into two groups. Half of you on the
rowers, half of you on the treadmills. - ANSWERLet me know if you need the strider
or bike, I do have them reserved with an orange cone. Bring it on in guys. Let's start
this power day off.
Half on treadmills, half on the rowers!
