Digital Transformation in the Staffing Industry
In the staffing industry, recruitment pros say the absolute best priority is candidate
engagement, embracing digital transformation, brand development and marketing, and client
relationship management (Tierney, 2019 February 5). The key aspects of the digital
transformation are standardized process, Global scope, integrated systems, end to
end service and better meet the requirements of our growing business in an increasingly
competitive, global, and digital age. Growth has had direct and indirect effects on how forward-
thinking businesses run and rank, especially when it involves digital transformation initiatives.
Since the end of the last recession in 2009, the economy has been growing steadily
(Advance Partners, & Cohen, 2019). There was a lots more attention being paid to what 2020
