Performance management is the broad collection of activities designed to

maximize individual and, by extension, organizational performance. It includes setting

expectations, measuring employee behaviors and results, providing coaching and

Performance management system at Enterprise Rent a Car consists of On-the-job

training, formal training, and mentoring. Professional growth is one of the main reasons

employees stick around for years. From formal classroom settings to on-the-job training

and mentorship, there is never a short supply of opportunities to hone skills or prepare for

advancement. Because of Enterprise’s dedication to development, they reward their

employees based on performance. That means the more a person puts into their job, the

more they will get out of it. Spending each day working alongside some of the best in the

, industry, they will be constantly learning from your colleagues and passing along that

knowledge.

The majority of training will occur on the job. Each new employee will work with

the manager to stay on track of learning objectives and goals. Subject matter experts lead

classroom training for employees in roles where additional learning is necessary.

should seek to create training sessions that are “jury worthy” in tone and language.
