Components/Parts of a Notice:
1. Name of the institution that issues the notice.
2. The word “NOTICE” below the name of the institution.
3. Appropriate heading/title to the notice.
4. Date of issue of the notice.
5. The body, clearly and precisely conveying the intent of the notice with any possible date,
place, time and other important instructions.
6. Name, designation, contact information and signatures of the person issuing the notice.
