Abstract
A teacher’s strengths are evidence of having a solid foundation and believing in what you are
teaching. Teaching is not a job for the faint of heart and not willing to put long hours preparing
lesson plans and supporting the emotional and educational needs of the class. Teaching students
verbatim out of textbooks will not reach all students in the class. The teacher is the walking
resource for the classroom and should set the example of what to follow. Teachers bring many
techniques into the classroom setting which proves beneficial in many classrooms. My job will
be to adjust my teaching style to the many diverse learning styles and build on the foundation of
knowledge that will be past on to the students in the classroom.
A Student’s Strengths are Built on a Solid Foundation from the Teacher
Teaching is a learning process for the teacher as well as the student. Teachers spend four to
five years of their life building on how they plan to run their own classroom. The purpose of
education is to give the students knowledge of the changes that are happening all around and
prepare them for economic growth today. Teachers come into the classroom with many
techniques and students can overcome many obstacles with the help from a dedicated teacher.
