The existing website content falls short of meeting the audience's needs due to its failure in
providing a clear description of the company's services Additionally, it lacks essential information for

dog owners, including activity requirements and recommendations for suitable pet toys Similarly, the

page dedicated to cat owners lacks comprehensive information While it addresses needs based on age,

it overlooks crucial aspects such as breed-specific requirements and dietary recommendations 7
For Stakeholders:
The existing website content falls short of meeting stakeholder needs, primarily because it lacks
an option for viewers to contact them regarding one-on-one consultations with their "pexperts" 7
Additionally, the company branding lacks consistency; while the name and logo are featured once on the
home page, they are not listed on any other pages or in the footer Furthermore, this site does not align

with the company's emphasis on improving SSO (Search Engine Optimization) for search results This is 7
due to the absence of key terms such as "new pet consultation" or "new pet care consultation" on the
