reassess blood pressure control. Initial elevated blood pressure was discovered
during a routine health fair or community screening approximately 2 weeks ago,
, where her blood pressure reading was approximately 170/92 mmHg. She was
advised to seek medical follow-up.
• Onset: Initial high blood pressure reading identified 2 weeks ago; patient
reports intermittent elevated readings over the past few months
• Location: Generalized; no specific localized symptoms
• Duration: Ongoing; has been aware of "borderline high" blood pressure for
several years but did not pursue regular treatment
• Character: Asymptomatic – denies headaches, chest pain, shortness of
breath, vision changes, dizziness, or palpitations

to consume salty foods; sedentary lifestyle
