Sarah’s personality is characterized by a strong, assertive, and

taking charge. Sarah can create and clearly lead the team to achieve
their goals through interaction, resulting in the team meeting deadlines
and accomplishing its objectives. Sarah exhibited a more detailed
approach that will help the team concentrate on productivity and
responsibility. With her commitment and assertiveness, Sarah will be
well-positioned to facilitate productive meetings for her team.

assertive withdrawal and feel inferior when expressing their opinions
