The purpose of this article is to inform women entrepreneurs in the Klang Valley,
Malaysia, about the success factors and critical challenges that they face. This article
demonstrates the number of women involved in business in the Valley. In this article we'll see
women who took entrepreneurial workshops before entering the business and have at least
one family member participating in the business as well. This article addresses some of the
problems these entrepreneurs face before and during their business operations.
2. FINDING AND DISCUSSION
The overall aim of this article is to understand the challenges which Muslim women face
in business in Malaysia. The main purpose of this article is to identify the relationship between
the successful elements and the important motivation factors for women entrepreneurs. The
next goal is to find out which study is the most important factor in influencing women
entrepreneurs, success and the last goal is to study the challenges women entrepreneurs face
before and during their business operations.
In this article, it discusses the women's involvement in the business with the increasing
rate of participation in the labour force, which would be largely driven by female workers and
indirectly reflects the positive role women play in bringing the economy forward. It also shows
an increasing number of women starting their own business. With government support to
support women by increasing the activities of low-income and single mothers in
entrepreneurship. By recognizing and using new products, processes, or marketplaces,
entrepreneurship can be viewed as a platform for women to create and grow economic
activities. The rise in the employment rate of women in the workforce is expected to enhance
Malaysia's GDP. There is a description in this article from the National Association of Women
Entrepreneurs of Malaysia which states that women make up 49 percent of their community
and that their involvement will be the determining factor for women starting to move to
highincome developed countries by 2020. Expanding women's participation as business
entrepreneurs has influenced women entrepreneurs to study growth factors. The Malaysian
