Yoga Sculpt Intro - correct answer-How's everyone doing?
For those who don't know me I'm Mia, and I will be guiding you
through these next 60 minutes of yoga sculpt. Today's focus of
class is the glute muscle, which supports stability and strength.
My mission is bravery. I want to remind you all not to be so hard
on yourselves. Just being here is something you should be
proud of, so take a moment to thank yourself for showing up. If

inhale, and audibly breathe, exhale, let it go.

cardio.

position, keeping your head over your heart. Then, join us when
you're ready.
