Kevin Dale is a 58-year-old male who presents with complaints of worsening shortness of
breath, productive cough, and chest tightness for seven days. The patient reports that

last three days. He describes the cough as productive with yellow sputum and notes increased
difficulty breathing during physical activity.

also experiences mild fever, chills, and generalized weakness.
