SE: Nausea/ vomiting, BMD is uncommon, acute renal tubular necrosis
Considerations: leucovorin is a rescue drug and must be given ON TIME
starting 24hr after completion of Methotrexate, also give bicarb in fluids to
hydrate and alkalinize the urine/bladder
