teaching methodologies used in the CorePower Yoga Level 1 (C1) class
format. It focuses on proper execution of standing, balancing, seated,
and restorative poses, safe transitions between postures, breath-to-
movement coordination, and class sequencing fundamentals. The
exam also evaluates understanding of yoga terminology, alignment
cues, modifications for different skill levels, injury prevention,
classroom safety, effective instruction techniques, mindfulness
practices, and the ability to lead a consistent C1 sequence while
maintaining proper pacing, flow, and student engagement.
