DEFINITIONS
1. Matter:- Anything that has mass and occupies space.
2. Diffusion:- The procss of intermixing different types of matter on their own.
3. Kinetic Energy:- Energy due to motion of particles of matter.
4. Melting point:- The temperature at which solid gets converted at liquid at atmospheric pressure.
5. Boiling Point:- The temperature at which liquid gets converted at gas at atmospheric pressure.
6. Latent heat of Fusion:- The amount of heat required by 1 kg of solid to get converted into liquid at atmosheric pressure and at melting point.
7. Latent heat of Vaporization:- The amount of heat required by 1kg of liquid to get converted into gas at atmosheric pressure and at boiling point.
