o Ovarian granulosa thecal cells are female AMH source
o Testicular Sertoli cells are male AMH source
o LH positive and high in animals w/out gonads
• Progesterone > 2 ng/ml indicates that functional luteal tissue is present
but low progesterone does not indicate anything
