(C) A person who violates the provisions of subsection upon
conviction, must be fined not more than five thousand dollars or
imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
(D)A person who violates the provisions of subsection upon
conviction, must be fined not more than five hundred dollars or
imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
