bacha dekhega ki use Organic ke saare major Name Reactions aur Inorganic ke saare dhasu
Exceptions ek hi jagah mil rahe hain, toh wo isse turant utha lega. Isse value bohot zyada badh
jaati hai.

🧪 SECTION 1: CRITICAL ORGANIC NAME REACTIONS (Direct NCERT-
Based)
1. Aldol Condensation
Condition: Given by aldehydes or ketones having at least one $\alpha$-hydrogen.
Reagent: Dilute alkali ($dil.\,NaOH$ or $Ba(OH)_2$).
Mechanism: Nucleophilic addition via enolate ion formation.
Key Reaction:
$$2CH_3CHO \xrightarrow{\text{Dil. } NaOH} CH_3-CH(OH)-CH_2-CHO \xrightarrow{\
Delta} CH_3-CH=CH-CHO \text{ (But-2-enal)}$$
2. Cannizzaro Reaction (Self Oxidation & Reduction)
Condition: Given by aldehydes NOT having any $\alpha$-hydrogen (e.g., Formaldehyde
$HCHO$, Benzaldehyde $C_6H_5CHO$).
Reagent: Concentrated alkali ($Conc.\,NaOH$ / $50\%\,KOH$).
Product: One molecule is reduced to alcohol, and one is oxidized to the salt of carboxylic acid.
$$2HCHO + \text{Conc. } NaOH \rightarrow CH_3OH \text{ (Methanol)} + HCOONa \
text{ (Sodium Formate)}$$
3. Reimer-Tiemann Reaction
Use: Conversion of Phenol to Salicylaldehyde.
