Recount Text is a text which retells events or experience in the past. Its Purpose is
either to inform or to entertain the readers.

To retell events for the purpose of forming to tell the author's story.

1. Personal Recount
They usually retell an event that the writer was involved in.
2. Factual Recount
Recording an incident from a science experiment, police report.
3. Imaginative Recount
Writing an imaginary role and giving details of events. A day of pirate.
