- Monitor intensity using talk test, HR, and RPE.
- Incorporate a post-conditioning cool-down/stretch segment.


Post Conditioning Cool Down - Consider static stretching.
- Stretch muscles that are normally tight from every day activities.
- Hold 10-30s for must adults.
- Hold 30-60s for older adults.
- Complete 2-4 reps per muscle group.
- Complete minimum 2 times per week.
