Week 5 Course Project: Annotated Bibliography and Source Evaluation
THESIS STATEMENT:
Care for the Aging can be very demanding and have a lot of challenges; however, family
members should not stop taking care of their loved ones. Family members should hire;
caregivers to help out for some days to allow them to have some personal time. Taking care of
Older people is necessary to show love, and appreciation and also a way to pay them back for
their hard work.

precautionary health strategies while aging gracefully. The book emphasizes information with
the pragmatic application of aging data.

This book is reliable. It has been reviewed by many, the data has been tested, it has set the pace
for other studies. It will support my thesis because it talks of the physical changes that come with
aging thereby will throw more light on the physical, cellular and cognitive aspects of aging- a
major factor to understand for caregivers and family members which will facilitate the process of
caring for them.

The source is useful to students, scientists, and clinicians. This source is useful for my thesis
because it outlines, the biological and physical processes that occur with aging and help us to
understand that aging is a natural process. This source has set the fundamental pace for many
reviews and studies.
