In this assignment, I interviewed a 74-year-old woman called Diana. She lives with her
grand-son aged thirty. Diana has three kids, and her husband died three years ago from

can be utilized to provide her quality care. This paper will use several tools for assessing Diana’s
health.
Tinetti Balance and Gait Evaluation
The patient depicts several physical and mental issues. He encounters abnormal knee
extensions together with toe dragging and turning challenges. During the interview, the patient
clarified that she could not do some heavy duties like cultivating her farm. Also, the patient
