This personal project, I have taken it as a personal challenge. I want to do something which is
competitive, hard and head-scratching for me. And I have also taken this project as an
opportunity for my career as a guideline. There are way too many ideas running around my
mind to do this project and the top ideas matching are listed below: these ideas are also related
to my personal life and has also listed why?

A Cloud-Based Server (IDEA - 1):
This product mainly focuses on Photographer's perspective. Professional photographers
shoot their pictures in RAW format so after their shoot, they get wide options to edit their
pictures with. The problem with RAW pictures is - they consume, approx 10 times more storage
than a normal JPEG picture. In order to give them the flexibility to store their pictures in the
cloud, over the time the photographers take a break, their picture will get uploaded to the cloud,
so there is hardly anything the photographer is losing when his memory card (storage unit) is
getting lost. This cloud-based storage can also be used by vloggers, who shoot videos and edit
them. The photos or the videos which were taken can also be previewed using an app. This
cloud-based server is different from others. This is a NAS ( Network Attached Storage ) in your
home which can be connected to it and log in using the username and password - which gives
you access to the files in the storage unit in your home. This product will not be a single
component unit, it can be useful. The reason I chose this cloud-based server as to be one of my
ideas which I am going to present in the Personal Project Exhibition was that - I am a product,
wildlife, architectural and candid photographer and has attended various courses on photography
itself. Photography is my passion, In order to express how devoted I am to photography, I have
taken a very serious issue which photographers face in their day to day life and have gotten a
solution for the problem which is possible to do which just requires some effort to put on.
Making this product will take me around 5-6 days. The reason behind this idea - I am an
intermediate photographer and edit pictures as a hobby. I have been nominated for the best
photographer in Golden KIS awards last year. This is a problem that every photographer

including me faces in our day to day life. The camera is the only weapon in this world that has
the ability to freeze time and take you back to the time you want. But in order for us to capture
these moments photographers, buy cameras with more frames. Frames are usually referred to
like pictures that are taken over a second in the given setting. Eventually, it takes up way too
much space, or memory cards. Among the photographers who are affected the most of getting
affected are the wildlife photographer and wedding photographers. They have to watch
everything that’s going on around them and click the moment with perfect focus. In order for us
to make that happen, we need a product like this. For any queries, I will go to our company’s IT
department with my parent’s permission. So they can help me with the problem which I am stuck
with.
GLOBAL CONTEXT
● HOW IS IT HELPFUL TO THE COMMUNITY? - It helps you put down the effort
by carrying large storage units everywhere you go. And there is hardly any loss of
pictures as they are uploaded to the cloud.
● HOW DOES IT HELP DIFFERENT TYPES OF PEOPLE? - Not only
photographers but also people who capture every moment for happiness at a birthday
party, New Year's Eve, etc… are also considered as Photographers. Maybe, in that case,
they wouldn’t need how much storage compared to the professional photographers so yes
different types of people can also use this.
● IMPACT ON ENVIRONMENT - Surprisingly it does have a huge impact on the
environment because of this server. it saves way too much space and it also makes your

file easy to locate as they are arranged date wise. therefore a product like this is the first
step towards the process of eradicating CDs, floppy disk and Pen Drives.
● HOW DOES MY TOPIC AFFECT THE HUMAN INVENTION ON THE WORLD
- My topics surely do have an effect on the human inventions in the world.by introducing
this product to the world people wouldn’t need much storage in the phone. So eventually
they buy phones with less storage and therefore they can save their money or they can go
to a different League and buy an expensive phone with less storage
A Power Bank with a capacity of 1,00,000 mAH (IDEA - 2):
This is a common product that everyone has in their backpack to charge their phones
when it runs out of battery. That is what everyone has in their mind about it. The point of me
making this product should change the impression and the perspective on what people think a
power bank. According to electronic-notes.com - “Power banks can be defined as portable batteries
that use circuits to control any power in and power out” - (Electronic Notes). So anything that stores
electricity and where the output and the input of the power flowing can be controlled with a
circuit board is considered as a power bank. In that case a phone, an inverter, a UPS, a computer,
etc… In that, I would also like to state the fact that the power bank is not a totally new invention
but was introduced to the modern world recently but power banks were part of every portable
invention that is available today. We use power banks to expand the battery life of the gadget and
use it for a much longer time. I personally think to make a gadget like this myself, helps me to
see how much people are selling their product in their market. Already, I have a clear idea of
how much the commercials are charging for a product and how much profit they get. By making
