Discuss the difference in values between a vegan, a Lacto - Ovo vegetarian and a pescatarian
1. Vegan – Vegans are people who do not eat any animal products (can’t have milk, eggs, cheese,
chocolate etc.).
2. Lacto - Ovo vegetarian - A person who does not have eggs (and other meat products) but can
have dairy products (milk, cheese etc.).
3. Pescatarian – A person who eats fish but does not eat any other meat.
2. Good habits – Drinking water when hungry/other having other emotions (brain is signaling that
Water is needed).
Bad habits – Snacking at the wrong time (I have kind of stopped this habit), feeling peckish
Food fallacy – Girls have to eat small portions of food (to be in a god shape), boys have to eat
more to be build.
Food fallacy – People believing the false information about a specific topic without really
knowing what the information is stating about (sorry that does not make sense at all).
