After much analysis, the software that was considered the most suitable for MovieFlix to
increase revenue and provide overall assistance would be BambooHR. BambooHR is currently
rated number one in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that offers online human resource
software. This company provides a cloud-based system that is not only affordable but has a
history of improving the hiring process, onboarding, management of compensations, maintaining
and analyzing employee data, and developing company culture (BambooHR Software 2021).
BambooHR has multiple big-name companies that use them, including Reddit, ZipRecruiter,
Vimeo, and the Jacksonville Jaguars (HR Software: People Data & Analytics: Hiring:

gain a competitive edge by utilizing real-time data reports and performance appraisals that they
can access from anywhere.
Rasmussen Consulting has decided to recommend BambooHR to assist with streamlining
the whole Human Resource process. With BambooHR's integrated applicant tracking software
and onboarding tools, it will provide organization to MovieFlix and be cost-effective as well.
