Introduction
The resolution of personal problems is a crucial skill for mental health and well-being.
When you have a problem, a choice or a conflict and you are uncertain how to deal with it, the
tension may have a very great influence on the general mood. The ability to address personal
issues in a reasonable manner that takes into consideration your demands might help you manage
stress. Take some time to notice and acknowledge any signs of stress, worry or despair.

Once you have defined your emotional experiences, take a little to consider what
difficulties you are now experiencing. Make a list of them if required. Brainstorm a wide range
of solutions. List whatever ideas you can think of, think of as many choices as possible. Include
concepts that now seem outlandish or impossible. Let your imagination go free, in other words
