Throughout the healthcare industry, all organizations are faced with external influences
that impact talent acquisition networks. Hospitals differ from all other facilities due to the
acuity of care provided. There are various departments and positions within the hospital setting
that recruiters must ensure are properly staffed to meet the needs of all patients and services
offered. Some of the most critical areas for hospital staff to consider when hiring include
