I agree with the decision Sarah made. She went by the store policy regardless of the friendship she had and the longevity
employee. This would set a good example for the other employees that that is not tolerated. Sarah could've called the poli
charges against her that would be extreme. Sarah could've let her go as an employee an explained why she had to. Becau
a friend after she explains why she can ask her how can she help her as a friend.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to make this decision. But it will take some courage to handle this the right
way. Randy knows it would be wrong to extend the expired labels and that's why he feels uneasy. Now
Randy has been put in a situation he feels if he doesn't listen he could loose his job. Randy needs to handle
this as a test and not fail. He already questioned his supervisor and since she still wants him to do what's
not right he needs to go to upper management. Let them know what he has been told to do and by who. I'm
sure if they don't want to loose their business altogether they will fix the problem. Randy has the
opportunity to bring them up on legal charges.
